Close to one year ago, Behaviour Interactive teamed up with Capcom to bring the iconic Resident Evil characters Nemesis, Jill Valentine and Leon S. Kennedy to Dead by Daylight. This collaboration gave life to one of the game’s most acclaimed Chapters.
This year, fans will be thrilled to learn that the two horror powerhouses are joining forces once again. Resident Evil comes to The Fog with a new Chapter in 2022, featuring even more characters from the legendary horror franchise. Not only that a teaser trailer has been unveiled which teases one such new character. For eagle-eyed fans (or simply those who desperately want him in Dead by Daylight) Project W seems to tease the arrival of one of the most iconic villains in Resident Evil history, Albert Wesker. That’s right, old shades himself is potentially going to be a part of Dead by Daylight.
It’s going to make for one hell of a Chapter if he shows up. Frankly, I think he could be one of the more interesting characters to enter Dead by Daylight.
If I had a wishlist I’d hope we’d see some of the more modern villains of the Resident Evil franchise. I’d definitely be interested in Lady D herself showing up. For purely horror-related reasons of course. If you have any Resident Evil characters in mind let us know in the comments below.
