SelectaPlay has announced the release of the physical retail editions of The Silent Swan for PlayStation 5 across North American and European specialist retail stores.

The European physical version of The Silent Swan will launch as a Rising in the Mist Edition. It will also include a special slipcase, a printed booklet showcasing some of the beautiful artwork and more information about lore from the game.

Developed by Praenaris, The Silent Swan is a first-person narrative journey in which we play Mirov, who will enter the desolate Land Beyond the Walls in search of his wife Selene. On his journey, Mirov will travel through monolithic cities built in mist. All the while being guided by a mysterious series of four-winged paper swans.

Throughout the game, Mirov will gradually near the bed of the calamity that struck his home, also known as the Fall, and get closer to the truths he is determined to unearth, while a strange uneasiness warns him he should walk back.

The Silent Swan Features: 

  • Traverse through awe-inspiring, desolate landscapes. Great cities and structures that rise through the mist and tear the skies of landscapes never seen before.
  • An intriguing narrative. Pursue the mysterious paper swans that hold the secrets of the Land Beyond the Walls and the life of our protagonist.
  • Open-world narrative twist. Observe your surroundings and let the scenery guide you through a vast, fully traversable terrain. Here you will have letters and narrative threads to track through exploration.
  • Multiple endings – Make the decisions that will determine the conclusion of your story. Not only that though, of the characters you meet along the way.

The physical retail versions of The Silent Swan and The Silent Swan Rising in the Mist Edition are available now in specialist retail stores for $29.99 / €29.99.
