It’s fair to say The Witcher was a huge success Henry Cavill, Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra carried this incredible cast with their individual stories. Now there were no huge names in the first season of The Witcher, Cavill was the biggest name in the main cast but with The Witcher season 2 coming (in likely 2021) rumours have already begun about potential castings for season 2 and if this first rumour is true it could be a pretty awesome one.

Kristofer Hivju, Tormund Giantsbane from HBO’s Game of Thrones is potentially joining the cast of The Witcher in a role many fans of Sapkowski’s short stories will be fascinated by. He will potentially be Nivellen a man cursed to look like a bear. The reason Redanian Intelligence believe this may be true is that there is an image floating around that puts Kristofer with Henry and the rest of the cast of The Witcher.
Now, this post has been deleted so that will always stoke the fires of the rumour mill and there’s also the fact Redanian Intelligence has also called other casting rumours that turned out true in the past, most notably Emma Appleton as Renfri.
