In the first of what is hopefully many video reviews, I got my hands on the latest horror from Capcom. That’s right folks I got to play Resident Evil Village and wow was it intense.
Set in the mythical realm of Europe Ethan Winters is on the hunt for his sweet, sweet baby girl Rose and I was sadly pulled kicking and screaming with him. There were many highs, the statuesque Lady Dimitrescu and her tantalising brood anyone? There were also lows, heading into the depths to face off against the disgusting Moreau was a particular issue for me. Then there was the just outright weird, Heisenberg was basically a mutant on loan from Marvel.
With state of the art graphics, a brand spanking new console to play it on (that’s right I was able to get my grubby hands on a PlayStation 5) I battled across this picturesque locale. Did I like it?
