Square Enix Ltd., has detailed the highly-anticipated events and new content coming to Final Fantasy Brave Exvius in the coming weeks. At the New York Fan Festa event last week, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius developers announced a variety of exciting new content updates, including:
Ariana Grande Returns: Actress and internationally renowned pop artist Ariana Grande lends her likeness to the mobile game once again in November for a limited-time with two new versions of the star, complete with special abilities: Sportive Ariana and Charming Kitty Ariana. At this point with this amount of appearances in Brave Exvius I’ve got to wonder if she’s an actual fan. It would be hilarious if Ariana Grande was a huge fan of the Final Fantasy franchise.
Final Fantasy IV Collaboration Event: Players can participate in a limited-time Final Fantasy IV collaboration event, featuring Golbez’s Archfiends as global exclusive characters: the magic user Rubicante, the 5-star base character Barbariccia, Cagnazzo, and Scarmiglione.
Halloween Characters and In-game Event: Players can summon three new Halloween themed limited-time characters: Grim Lord Sakura, Illusionist Nichol, and Pirate Jake. Last year’s Halloween units Demon Rain, Dracu Lasswell, White Witch Fina and Black Cat Lid—who can now be awakened to 6-star rarity—will also make a comeback during this campaign.
New Region and Esper: Fans can unlock a brand new area, Realm of the Dragon King, on the World Map. This unique and very large field area is the home of the powerful Esper, Bahamut, who stands as a challenge even for veteran players.
To coincide with the New York Fan Festa, the highly anticipated healer, Ayaka, joined the cast of available characters in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. She will be obtainable through Rare and Featured Summons.
