Worse Than Death gets a spooky physical release for PlayStation 4 this Friday, May 1st, thanks to the continued partnership between Benjamin Rivers Inc. and Limited Run Games.
Worse Than Death is a scary, action-adventure horror game about a high school reunion that goes horribly wrong. It launched on PS4 (as well as Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Steam, Humble and on the App Store) in 2019 to critical acclaim.
Premiere horror publication Rue Morgue called it the “Best Indie Game of 2019,” and GameRant awarded it “One of the Ten Best Horror Games” of the year. The Los Angeles Times said that for fans of “Stranger Things,” Worse Than Death “may be a rather welcome dessert.”

Worse Than Death was developed and published by veteran indie studio Benjamin Rivers Inc, whose previous two titles (Home, Alone With You) also saw physical releases via Limited Run Games.

I look forward to getting creepy notes from horror fans in twenty years who pop Worse Than Death into their PS4s and relive this crazy little nightmare we’ve created.”
