Jump Force Deluxe Edition will be coming to the Nintendo Switch later in the year with a roster of over 50 playable characters hailing from 16 different Weekly Shonen Jump franchises, including all previously released DLC characters from Characters Pass 1.

Players will be able to play as their favourite characters or create their own avatar to use in both Story and Versus modes. Exclusive to this Nintendo Switch version, a new offline 3 vs. 3 tag team mode will allow for a 6-players showdown.

There is a smouldering fire coming to Jump Force

The Characters Pass 2 of Jump Force is also about to launch, with Todoroki Shoto from the My Hero Academia series announced as its first combatant! The U.A. High School student will bring his Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk to the battlefield, freezing the stage over or making it burn down in flames.

He is easily one of the biggest names to hit the game. I adore Shoto. He’s so much fun and his character journey thus far in the anime has been brilliant. If I’m being honest though I’m a little bummed another flame quirk wielder wasn’t here. You know him you love him Dabi who has a fascinating design as well as ridiculous fan theories surrounding him.

Coming in Spring 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and later in 2020 for the Nintendo Switch, Todoroki is the first of five characters included in the Characters Pass 2. Each one can be purchased individually or through the Characters Pass 2. Fans who buy the Characters Pass 2 will be granted four days of early access for each character release!
