Today, something pretty epic happened, ladies and gentlemen. We just got our release date for the specularly spooky Those Who RemainWe have been treated to a deliciously creepy new trailer, giving us the date May 28th for a digital release. That’s only a couple of weeks away!

Let’s hit the refresh button real quick and go over what Those Who Remain actually is.

Those Who Remain is a combination of adventure and psychological horror. You’ll get to play as Edward, a flawed man on a mission to fix his mistakes. However, we all know it’s never going to be as simple as that, and Edward is about to embark on a journey that will change his life. Set in Dormont, a sleepy town where the very fabric of reality has been split, warped by the citizens, players are guaranteed an experience they won’t forget. It doesn’t end there, though. As well as reality being split, we are treated to some truly terrifying-looking enemies.

As a horror nerd, I was excited for this game already. But thanks to this new trailer, I’m practically dying to dive right into Dormont. I got to play the demo a while back, and my mind was blown just from that snippet alone, so I’m beyond excited to dive back into Those Who Remain in full. I will, naturally, be doing a full breakdown of the game from both the horror side and gamer side. That’s a promise, from one horror lover to another. Besides, I could use a holiday at this stage, especially now. Destination: Dormont!
