Trials Rising

Ubisoft has announced the dates for the Trials Rising Open Beta. The beta will be available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC from February 21st to February 25th. A pre-download phase will begin on February 19th.

I hear a bad Trials Rising…

I don’t, but there’s never a bad time to paraphrase Creedence Clearwater Revival. With the full release of Trials Rising scheduled for February 26th, this would seem more like an appetiser than an actual beta test. Ubisoft may well just be stirring the pot in an effort to stimulate our appetites. And stimulate they may! You can register for the Open Beta, at the games official website: Trials Rising.

Ubisoft Redlynx, the same crowd behind Trials Evolution, and Trials Fusion are responsible for this new iteration. Fans of the franchise can expect the established gameplay and action of the franchise to return, as well as a little extra “oomph”, to characterize Trials Rising. Players of the upcoming Open Beta for Trials Rising will have access to the following features:

  • 18 tracks from easy to extreme, including four University of Trials onboarding tracks

  • Five bikes (Squid, Rhino, Mantis, Helium and the hilarious two-player Tandem bike)

  • The exclusive Turbo Bike Exhaust for the Helium Bike, which makes it roar like a real motorbike. All players who unlock the in-game Trials Turbo Bike item during Open Beta will be able to keep it once they purchase the game.

  • 25 Contracts, Challengers game mode and 8 tracks playable in Online Multiplayer

  • Customization editor with over 2000 stickers

Rise of the bike-soldier…

Ubisoft is all set for a solid first quarter in a packed 2019, with The Division 2, Far Cry New Dawn, Trials Rising, and Anno 1800 all set for release soon. Trials Rising is available now for pre-order, but sure why not try out the Open Beta first and see what you think. Or, if you can’t be bothered with that, we here at GamEir will try it out, and tell you if it’s any good! No need even to thank us, that’s just what we do! Also, if you haven’t seen it, check out the below trailer, it’s a delight in Trials Rising zaniness.
