Guilty Gear -Strive- Open Beta #2 announced

Guilty Gear -Strive- Open Beta Test #2 will be happening from 14th May to 16th May, on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. In this new Beta Test, players will be able to try their hand on the complete roster of the game as Anji Mito and I-No join the list of playable characters.

The servers will be opened during the following times: 14th of May, 04:00 a.m. BST – 16th of May, 03:59 p.m. BST.

In addition to the newcomers, the Open Beta Test #2 also comes with improved balancing. As well as this the Open Beta will include a revamped online lobby system that players will be able to discover. During the Second Open Beta Test, the following modes will be available:

• • Offline Modes:
    • VS COM / VS 2P
    • Tutorial Mode
    • Training Mode
  • Network Mode:
    • Online Match

Having played the first Open Beta of Guilty Gear -Strive- I am so excited for this second Open Beta. I can’t wait to jump back into the arena of madness that is this game. If you’d like to know my full thoughts, check out my impressions here.

Players can pre-download the Open Beta Test #2 from the 7th of May at 10:00 a.m. in each country to save on time. Players that still have the previous Open Beta Test version downloaded will have a patch that will update the version for the new Beta Test. There will be further details about the timing for the patch availability as the Open Beta gets closer.
