More information has been released for Dying Light 2 Stay Human. This new information is all about the skill trees available for players. Together with new approaches in the character’s progression, there are new parkour and combat skills to explore in the game.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human could help you become a spider-monkey
Every player, while performing specific actions, will earn experience points in two different areas – parkour and combat. Taking traversal action like climbing, jumping or vaulting will be rewarded with a progressing parkour-experience bar. It’s a risk/reward scheme that I dig.
The more complicated and skilful movements players perform, the more experience will be able to gain. Players should fight their enemies and perform combined attacks to earn combat experience. This will be rewarded with a bigger amount of points.
Completing quests is also a fast way to fill the experience bars. This counts towards both parkour and combat-related. To unlock new skills and abilities, it’s worth spending some time and unlocking new options of traversal and fighting methods in the game.
For example, there is the Combat Skill dubbed Grapple that allows you to throw enemies on the side by using the momentum of their attack. You can combine this Skill with Stomp that gives you the opportunity to head stomp enemies that lay on the ground. This combination will kill enemies instantly. There are a lot of combinations possible between all the Skills. Players will pick them up depending on their playstyle.
It’s an interesting idea to combine these various skills to become a skilled survivor in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Mixing and matching these skills will hopefully allow for a varied and nuanced experience in this new and terrifying world that we are entering in February.
