Ghostrunner is set to hit our shelves at the end of this month on current generation consoles and PC. However, a big announcement has just come out. Owners of the current generation version will be upgraded to the next generation versions when they are released in 2021. You may be asking what this means.
Well, if you get the game for a current-gen PS4 or Xbox One, and then upgrade to the PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, your game will also be upgraded! Not only that, the upgrade will happen at no extra charge! That’s right! You will be able to digitally upgrade for FREE!
Here’s a quick rundown on Ghostrunner!
Ghostrunner is a cyberpunk action game! It is very much an FPS, fast-paced and violent. The setting blends together science-fiction with post-apocalyptic themes. Let’s hope that’s not a prediction of the direction our real world is heading in. Ghostrunner tells the story of a world that has already ended, and of its remaining inhabitants who fight to survive.
