Inua, the indie game from three different developers is due to present itself at EGX 2021. The Pixel Hunt, ARTE France, and Iko are behind this Inuit spirituality inspired game. A narrative point and click adventure sees players journey as The Great Polar Bear, Nunurkluk. In this narrative, you’ll need to travel through time to right the wrongs of the past and restore balance to the world. Check out the teaser trailer below.

Guided by Inuit artists and an Inuit author, this extraordinary story sees players in the three protagonists – Taïna, Peter, and Simon. Journeying with them as The Great Polar Bear across a century. Travel through time and space and influence the future by altering the past. Solve puzzles through manipulating time while travelling from era to era. In which, you have to retrace the Franklin Expedition. A 19th Century British mission to the Arctic, that ended in tragedy.

Under the breath-taking artistic direction of Delphine Fourneau of the Klondike collective, players will find themselves at the heart of an incredible story in Inua, adapted from the original by Nathalie Frassoni and Frédéric Bouvier. Inua is due to grace us with more info at EGX2021, running from October 7th-10th.
