• Arthur, a melee warrior excelling in high defence at the expense of his agility. He fights with a sword and shield. Arthur is an expert in defensive manoeuvres. The son of a blacksmith, and seeking vengeance on the monsters that killed his father.
• A ranged attacker, the archer/hunter Phyllis is able to summon a wolf, a bear, and two eagles to divert enemy attention as she attacks. 
• An enigmatic sorcerer proficient in fire, frost and lightning magics, Stephanie boasts powerful attacks at long ranges, but sacrifices survivability and agility. Able to teleport from danger at the cost of mana, she wields a magic orb.
• A swordsman with an extended attack range, Ginzo wields a katana. He also uses flashing sword slashes reminiscent of a samurai.
• Arya is an agile assassin with dual daggers. She deals high damage from up close. She’s a wandering bounty hunter, often found skulking in the shadows of taverns and the lairs of monsters.

Endless Possibilities
Shadow of the Depth features randomly generated levels, which means each new adventure is slightly different to the last. The addition of over 140 passive abilities empowers players to discover distinct builds for each one of the game’s playable characters. Each new venture into the depths will provide unique and exciting possibilities.

Each character has their own distinct array of primary and ultimate skills. Which are all underpinned by a myriad of combo options. Rhythmic combos, which task players with carefully timing their button hits, add depth to combat encounters, encouraging the mastering of all five of the game’s playable characters.

Finding the site devoid of humanity you stumble upon horrifying creatures, and during the escape, your group splits up. You were lucky enough to make it out alive and set up camp to plan your future expeditions to find your missing team and learn what happened.

Each day in this area is a tough fight for survival. Limited food and supplies, and your sanity stretching over the edge. Be prepared to improvise and look for any advantage you might have against various monstrosities. It’s all up to you whether the darkness fully consumes you or you manage to cling to what remains of your sanity.

In NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Awakening, players will experience the life of a daimyō, a powerful Japanese leader, in the troubled times of the Warring States Period, 16th century Japan. As the head of their own clan, players will have to make the best decisions in key areas ranging from the economy, to diplomacy, and military might in hopes of eventually unifying the country. To do so, they will be supported by retainers, AI officers who think and act on their own judgement. Retainers will provide submissions to the players to help them plan their battle strategy.

Players will issue policies which will impact the entire clan, and appoint landholders who will develop domains by themselves. In addition, they will also be able to appoint conservators, who can change the overall trend of the clan, as well as council officials to guide them when issuing policies. Players can even have direct talks with their officers to strengthen their allegiance and stop them from absconding, and these direct talks have the potential to open up new strategies as players deepen bonds with their retainers.

One of the series’ most popular features, siege, also makes its comeback in NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Awakening, but in an entirely new form. For the first time in the series, sieges will take place on a single map with different types of terrain and different castles or castle towns, allowing players to enjoy dynamic sieges and a new level of strategy. When attacking, players will need to decide where to break through and which route to take while, when defending, they will need to decide where to deploy defensive equipment and how to intercept the attacking force.

In addition, NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Awakening will include various features that befit the 40th Anniversary of the series, including landmarks and achievements that will affect the strategy. Players will also enjoy a large variety of scenarios, events, policies, and more, as well as elements from the previous titles such as an editing function that will allow them to change officer status, background music and scenarios, or create new clans.

To celebrate this momentous occasion and immerse players in the depths of Europa, publisher Daedalic Entertainment and developers FakeFish and Undertow Games have released a new video for Barotrauma.

For those who haven’t been a part of Barotrauma, what is it?

Barotrauma is a sci-fi submarine simulator with both a single-player campaign as well as co-op modes with support for up to 16 players, who must navigate the depths of Jupiter’s frozen moon Europa and fulfil various missions. Together with their active and passionate community, developers FakeFish and Undertow Games have greatly expanded and improved the game since its Early Access launch in summer 2019.

They completely overhauled the campaign and tutorials, added new monsters, missions and outposts, improved graphics and environments, implemented a scripted event system and much much more. All of this was only possible thanks to the feedback and support of more than 30,000 Discord members as well as 60,000 player-made entries on the Steam Workshop. To show the team’s devotion to their players and fanbase the developers even added a player-made submarine to the base game as part of a community competition.

Barotrauma’s thrilling and often hilarious chaos is both fun to play and watch, thanks to procedurally generated levels, ridiculous ragdoll physics and full mod support. But beware: some threats are closer than you think. Multiplayer’s traitor mode option may randomly assign players as secret conspirators, complete with their own individual missions like assassination and sabotage.
